Bradley Scott Williams
December 2nd, 1950 - June 21st, 2023
Bradley Williams Obituary Bradley Scott Williams, 72, died June 21, 2023 after a long battle with dementia. He was born Dec. 2, 1950 in Bremerton, WA. Growing up in a military family he lived in many different states but New Mexico became his home. After graduating from high school in Clovis, NM he followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the Navy serving in the Vietnam war. Brad loved fishing more than anything else and would tell anyone who would listen that he held the record for the largest Kokanee salmon ever caught at Navaho Lake in Northwestern New Mexico in 2000. He enjoyed working jobs that employed the use of his fantastic carpentry skills or just working with his hands. He was a free spirit that loved to jump on his motorcycle and take off on his next fishing adventure or to visit friends and family. Brad’s skills and interests were varied. He could fix a car engine, paint beautiful designs on a cow skull, or paint a wall perfectly. He was never seen without a plaid, flannel shirt and wore them no matter the weather. He was a good friend, great brother, and a genuine human being. Brad was preceded in death by his father Robert Williams, mother Liz Olzen, and a brother David Williams. He is survived by three sisters; Jan Williams of Albuquerque, NM, Rachel Williams of St. Louis, MO, and Michelle Lewis of Springfield, MO. A private family gathering will be observed.
