Thomas Neil Romero

Thomas Neil Romero II (Tommy), 50 years old, of Algodones, New Mexico, passed away on August 18, 2023 in Albuquerque, New Mexico with his family by his side. A Memorial Service for Tommy will be held Monday, September 11, 2023 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sarah Rd., Rio Rancho, NM 87124. Rosary at 10:00 AM followed by Mass at 10:30 AM. He was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico to Thomas Romero I and Annette Romero. He went to Santa Fe High School and Cibola High School in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. He married the love of his life Valerie Romero on November 11, 2011. He worked incredibly hard every day putting everything he had into making sure he was the best at everything he did, making him a gifted heavy equipment operator for CGI Custom Grading, Inc. He is proceeded in death by his Grandparents, Filemon Romero and Cecilia Vigil-Romero; Grandparents, Manual Jacquez and Donelia Soveranes-Jacquez; Step Father, Rudy S. Abeyta; Aunt, Rose Toombs; and Uncle, Patricio Romero. He is survived by Wife, Valerie Romero; Daughter, Monique and Dylan Roybal; Son, Thomas III and Crystal Romero; Daughter, Amanda and Carl Duran; Son, Adam Cordero; God Daughter, Samantha Smith and Santiago; God Daughter, Brianna Stockton; God Son, Steven Stockton; Brother, Steven Lobato and Sephina; Sister, Stephanie and Dan Patton; Angelica Abeyta and Adam Stockton; Father, Thomas Romero I and Zel; Mother, Annette Romero; Father-in-law, Allen Arsenault and Mother-in-law, Charlene Gutierrez; God Mother, Mary Alice Romero; Grandchildren; Marcus, Dezlynn, Miranda, Delilah, Jacob, Deandra, Danial, and Destiny; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, co-workers, and friends.
