A funeral service is scheduled for Friday, May 8, 2020, 5:00PM in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory. Patrick was born October 27, 1973 in Youngstown, Ohio to the late Melvin Lee Wise and Patricia Whittington. He worked as a supervisor for Megerle Shows and will be missed by all who knew him.
