Ernest Toby Chavez
August 28th, 1965 - February 6th, 2024
On Tuesday February 6th, 2024 Ernest Toby Chavez was called to be with the Lord at the age of 58. He was born August 28th, 1965 in Bernalillo, New Mexico to Toby Jaramillo and Nora Chavez. Ernest had a passion for fishing, camping, and everything outdoors. Ernest had a very big heart and would welcome anyone. He never turned anyone away. He loved going to church and had a beautiful voice. He was always singing and whistling. He was a character and will be greatly missed. Ernest was preceded in death by his Grandmother Rupertita Chavez and Grandfather Felipe Chavez , his Mother Nora Chavez and Father Toby Jaramillo his is survived by Brothers Randolph Chavez, Freddie Jaramillo, Tommy Jaramillo, Fabian Jaramillo, and Sister Mary Gamboa. He also has nephews, nieces and many cousins. Ernest’s services will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Bernalillo, New Mexico on March 1st 2024 at 10:00 am anyone that knew him is welcome to join.
