Annie Romero

On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, Annie (Narvaiz) Romero loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend began her eternal life in heaven. She was born in Cerrillos, NM to Maclovio (Max) and Juanita Narvaiz on July 25, 1942. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bobby (Robert) Romero, and niece Yvonne Vigil. She is survived by her daughter Dawn Romero. Grandchildren Robbie (Rosa), Candace, Kamille and Annemarie. Brother Robert (Theresa) Narvaiz, sister Ramona (Tommy) Vigil, aunts Grace Trujillo, Virginia Chavez, Margie Martinez, several nephews and nieces, extended family and many beloved friends. She retired from the State of New Mexico. She was a regular at the Spanish Market with Bobby and won awards for their tin work. She was well known for her tin work. She loved to dance. She was full of character and was kind and loving. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on July 6, 2022, at St. Anne’s Church, Hickox Street, Santa Fe, NM. Rosary at 9:00 am and mass at 10:00 am and reception at St. Anne’s Hall to follow mass. Christian Burial on July 7, 2022, at 1:00 pm at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Ivie Vigil, Dana Manzano, Bryana Macias, John, Joe, Matthew Narvaiz. “Rest in peace Nana, mom, grandma, sister -we love you”
