David W. Martinez, 66, lifelong resident of Cordova, New Mexico passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023. David was born in Embudo, New Mexico on August 16, 1956 to Cipriano and Paulita Martinez. David retired from the Los Alamos National Lab. He predeceased in death by his parents Cipriano and Paulita Martinez, brothers Cipriano Jr. and Efren Martinez. David leaves behind his brother Benito Martinez (Priscilla) from Cordova. Niece Andrea Martinez (Luis) Nephews- Adrian (Jo) Benito Jr. (Jessica) and Cipriano III, Marcos and Antonio Martinez. Great nephews Estevan and Andres Martinez and great niece Erilyn Martinez. Sister-in-Law Gloria Ann Martinez. Special cousin Linda (Gilbert) Hernandez and other special relatives and his friends. David lived a simple life and had a heart of gold and was always willing to help his family however he could. David enjoyed visiting and talking hours about anything. David will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Per my brothers wishes we are only having a gravesite memorial at the Cordova Presbyterian Cemetery Tuesday, March 7th at 11:30.
