We are sad to announce the passing of, Bernadette Montoya, 67, a resident of La Puebla, New Mexico. She went peacefully with her Lord and Savior on March 2, 2024, at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was born on February 6,1957 to Ramoncita and Casimiro Montoya of La Puebla New Mexico. Bernadette was a beautiful, compassionate, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, tia, prima, vecina and friend. Where ever she went she spread love, happiness, joy and prayer. She always had a smile and a way to make you laugh. She worked in the Healthcare Service Industry for the majority of her life there she worked with many people and also serviced a large part of the community. She will be greatly missed by many. She was preceded in death by her son, Albert Diaz Jr. Granddaughter, Bernadette Torrez, Parents, Ramoncita and Casimiro Montoya, Brothers: Eugenio, Casey Jr, Thomas and Steve Montoya, Sisters: Rita Maestas, Cordie Martinez, Frances Lovato, Baby Bernie Montoya, Ramona Peña. She is Survived by John Sanchez life partner, Son/Grandson Shaun Martinez, Son, Charles Diaz and Wife Adelina Diaz, Daughter, Monica Diaz, Daughter in Law, Annabelle Martinez, Grandsons: Charles Buezo,Carlos Casias Jr. Albert Diaz III, Jayden Diaz, Great Granddaughter: Alayna Lovato and Haylee Torrez, Brothers: Matias Montoya /Eveyln Frank Montoya/Eva, Sisters: Jennie Lucero/Ron, Rosa Maria Maez/Richard, Sister in law, Yolanda Montoya, special cousin and best friend, Candie Chacon and many many nieces and nephews she loved them all. Please join us in a funeral service to Celebrate and Honor the Life of our Beloved Bernadette Montoya on Friday March 15, 2024 at 11:00 am at Truth Ministries Calvary Chapel in Arroyo Seco, New Mexico (Address: 18496 US-84, Santa Fe, NM 87506) burial proceeding services will be held at the La Puebla Cemetery, La Puebla, New Mexico.
