Jeffrey Harold Kiefer, 67, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home, Thursday, October 5th, 2023 at 11:00 AM with Deacon Jim Hunt officiating. Jeff was born April 4, 1956 in Freeport, New York to the late Arthur J. Jr. and Marie L. Kiefer. He retired from the City of Warner Robins as a Code Enforcement Officer. Jeff owned and operated Kiefer Construction during its existence, and he was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Jeff enjoyed music of all kinds, most specifically, classic rock, folk, and Barber Shop Harmony. During its existence, he was a member of the Heart of Georgia Chorus here in Central Georgia. Jeff enjoyed working with his hands, honing his woodworking craft with various furnishings and knick knacks that he would give away to family and friends. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle and everyone who knew him will miss him. In addition to his parents, Jeff's son, Michael Kiefer and sister, Jeannette Kiefer precede him in death. Jeff is survived by his children: Stephen (Katie) Kiefer of Florida, Marion Kiefer of Warner Robins, and Katherine K. (Sebastian) Tarazona of Atlanta; brothers: John Kiefer of Decatur, Jim Kiefer of Florida, Joe Kiefer of Warner Robins, Jay Kiefer of Wisconsin, and Justin Kiefer of West Virginia; one grandchild, Molly Hannah, and many nieces and nephews.
