Beverly "Billie" Marsha (Ray) Watts

Beverly Marsha (Ray) Watts passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023 at the age of 79 of cancer. She passed at her home in Colorado Springs that she shared with her Granddaughter, Andriya and Husband Jason. "Billie" was born September 8, 1943 in Boswell, Oklahoma to Marshall Thomas Ray and Verna (Atnip) Ray. She graduated from Silverton (Oregon) High School in 1961 and married Richard "Dick" Watts on October 9, 1964. They were blessed with two sons; Eric Michael Watts born February 1965 in Japan and Kyle Montgomery Watts, born May 1972 in Salt Lake City, UT. Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Verna; her Husband, Dick; sons, Eric and Kyle and her Granddaughter, Nicole Roberts. She is survived by her Sister, Jan Bevens of Salem, Oregon; Brother, Gerald "Chip" Ray of Canby, Oregon; Daughter-in-Law, Pamela Watts; six Grandchildren; Anthony, Andriya, Richard, Stephen, Cheyenne, Rhiannon and six Great Grandchildren; Kali, Kameron, Kyler, Chloe, Orion and Skye. Billie had a love for her chihuhua, Muffin and grandpups, Cocoa and Gizmo. She loved Christmas and had a keen eye for decorating and was a thrift store lover. She also couldn't pass up a good mystery and was an avid reader. Bille also loved Hallmark movies and disaster movies, playing scrabble and just chatting. She had the knack of bringing joy to those around her and she will be missed.
