Amber Rae Smith, 50, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away September 26, 2023. She was born August 24, 1973 in Houston, Texas. Amber went to high school at Rangeria High School and graduated in 1991. Amber enjoyed scrapbooking, cooking, and the Denver Broncos. She had the biggest heart and loved everyone she ever met. She is preceded by her mom, Connie Barnes; Mother-in-law, Jean Reaves; and her aunt, Dalin Sims. Amber is survived by her husband, Rob Smith; daughter, Angel Smith; her father, Roy Barnes; sister, Nicole Rierson; brother-in-law, Morgan Rierson; aunt and uncle, Paul and Debbie Finken; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to Care and Share Food Bank, 2605 Preamble Pt, Colorado Springs, CO 80915. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Pikes Peak Hospice and Life Church.
