Tuhro, Michael “Mike”, 67 of Largo, Florida, passed away August 22nd, 2023. Born and raised in Seminole, Florida, he graduated from Seminole High School and earned his AA degree from St. Petersburg Junior College. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Tuhro Jr. and Joan Willis Tuhro as well as many beloved aunts and uncles and his beloved dogs: Sydney, Puppet, Spike & Max. Mike is survived by his wife Elena Tuhro; siblings: Cindy Winners (husband Gary); and Karen Tuhro; nephews: Corey White (wife Amber), Casey Winners, Jessey Winners & Felipe Rivera (wife Yarie); nieces: Marlyse Rush (husband Brett) and Meg Quintana Seay (husband Andrew); Sister-in-law: Marie Sternberg (husband John) and Brother-in-law: Carlos Quintana (fiancée Shery); his dog Maxie and many cousins, great nieces and great nephews. Mike was well known for his lifelong extremely hard work as a tile man for his family business Seminole Tile and as President of Tuhro Tile. He was interested in playing his many guitars and creating his own music. He loved animals and children, and they equally loved him and his playful nature. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife, Elena, to many exciting destinations all over the world. His beautiful smile and charming spirit will be remembered by all who knew him. The family will hold a small private gathering at his home instead of a funeral service per his wishes.
