HOWELL, Margaret H., 92, of Tampa, passed away December 16, 2013. Margaret was a long time volunteer at local schools. She enjoyed playing bingo at the American Legion, and loved her dogs. She was a people person, and loved to spend time with family and friends. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edmund Howell. She is survived by her son, William (Sophia) Howell; three grandchildren, Katarina, William, and Christi; extended family and friends. Margaret will be forever loved and missed.
