SUKNANAN, Hemrajee, 77, of Tampa, passed away June 18, 2014. She was born in Wales, Guyana. Hemrajee enjoyed cooking and love to spoil her grandchildren. She always had special treats when the grandchildren came around. She loved planting and working in her garden. She was known for using Limacol for everything as this was her cure all. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her eight daughters, Yvonne (Morris) Gonsalves, Safina (Fize) Hack, Jean Sooknanan, Ellen (Shaikh) Mohamed, Leila (Teek) Seecharran, Sheila (Budhan) Ramdial, Shirley (Mickey) Singh and Sunita (Tony) Alli; 25 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; one brother Ram Singh; one sister, Pearly Alli; extended family and friends. A funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24 at Florida Mortuary. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, at Florida Mortuary.
