SEVERANCE, Tabitha Nicol (Swank) On Aug. 27, 2011 at the age of 36 while among family and friends at Kindred Hospital in St. Petersburg, Tabitha joined her father, David, in heaven after a long 7 years recovering from a brain aneurysm. Tabitha was born Dec. 17, 1974 to David and Carole swank in Zanesville , OH. Tabitha grew up in Seminole, FL and graduated from Seminole High School in 1993. She married Mark Severance on 0ct. 14, 2000. She is survived by her husband Mark, mother Carole, grandmother Roberta, brother Adam, nephews Austyn and Hunter, and niece Caranton. Her extended family Michelle Maki Sempsrott , Kathleen & Johnnie Severance, Loretta+ Mike, Norman+ Kathryn, Stella+ Mike and nieces Hayden & Kayla, and nephew Logan. Her Memorial Service is at 1pm, Sept. 2nd at St. Catherine of Siena, 1955 S. Belcher Rd, Clearwater. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the "Tabitha Severance Memorial Fund" at Wells Fargo Bank, account 7428773316. We would also like to say a special thank you to the Largo Leader and the Bellaire Beacon, Beacon Woods Florist, Reese Funeral Home and everyone for your love and support.
