Thornton, Opal I., 94, Clearwater, Florida passed away Saturday, January 2, 2016. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Largo, Florida. She enjoyed her many crafts, and volunteering. Preceded in death by her husband, Webster, 1992. She is survived by son, Daniel (Susan), Kettering, Ohio and daughter, Sheryl Menchaca (Gus), Clearwater, Florida; three grandchildren, Tami Borgert (Matt), Centerville, Ohio, Douglas Thornton (Julie), Grovetown, Georgia and Augie Menchaca, Clearwater, Florida; three great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. A Service will begin at Reese Funeral Home at 12 Noon on Saturday January 9, 2016
