Terry D. Sparling
July 28th, 1951 - June 16th, 2012
What is to be said about a man who was a loving father a committed husband and adoring grandfather? Words though there are many, could not express the beauty of the soul we called dad, sweetheart, and poppa. We have fond memories of a loving relationship between our mother and father, who were together for over 45 years. Commitment and love was our constant reflection and for that we are grateful. He graced our lives with his joy, his knack for silly dancing that entertained all of us and filled us with laughter. His grandson Brandon gave him great joy while playing his guitar. They shared a love of music. We can be assured that every time Brandon plays his guitar, grandpa not only hears it but is moved by his talent. Alisha loved her poppa and he was a father figure to her. She can feel good knowing he is watching her from heaven. Ariana loved playing with her poppa and he got great joy from being her grandfather. Poppa will be with her always. For me, my brothers, TJ and Billy, our relationship with our dad rest in knowing that we can celebrate not how he died, but how he lived. It has often been said there is a stairway to heaven. Someday we know we will meet him there. Surviving relatives Survived: Debbie (wife) kids- Christina (Bing), TJ (Amber,) and Billy; Grandkids Alisha, Brandon, Taylor, Kayla, Ariana; Sisters: Lynn, Charmaine (Dennis), Carol(Bob), and Tina Following the Funeral Mass on Saturday morning you are invited to a reception at The Greek Village, 11125 Park Blvd., #117 in Seminole.
