Elizabeth Ann Dowdell
August 14th, 1961 - November 21st, 2015
DOWDELL, Elizabeth Ann, 54, of Tampa, passed away November 21, 2015. She was born in Buffalo, NY and served in the Army stationed in Ft. Dix. She moved from New Jersey to Tampa in 1994. She was a member of Faith Outreach Center as well as head greeter, on the hospitality team and was in the Women's Ministry. She is survived by her husband, Willie Dowdell; one son, Dionsius Dowdell; one daughter, Angel Dowdell; three grandchildren; parents, Willie Anderson and Martha Gibbons; two brothers, David Brodus and Calvin Gibbons. She was loved and will be missed. A funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Faith Outreach Center. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to service. Interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
