. Carmen C. Rivas, 77, passed away October 15, 2019, in Tampa, Florida with her son and sister by her side. She was born on December 30, 1941 in Caracas, Venezuela. She moved to Florida in 1995 to be near her son and grandchildren. Carmen was a distinguished retired Psychiatrist in Venezuela and enjoyed working at Macy’s once she moved to Florida. Carmen loved spending time with her family and enjoyed reading. Carmen is survived by her son; Claudio Molina, six brothers; Claudio Rivas, Alberto Rivas, Henry Rivas, Luis Rivas, Jose Rafael Rivas, Aguiles Rivas, two sisters; Zulay Rivas, Mildre Rivas, two grandchildren; Taylor Molina, Claudio Molina, and one great grandson; Ryder Woodworth. She is preceded in death by her parents; Claudio Rivas and Carmen Rivas, and her sister Maritza Rubio. Carmen was a beautiful, generous and loving sweet soul. Always thinking of others before herself. May we carry on her journey by living everyday with kindness, pure love and joy!
