Edward Anderson
December 13th, 1956 - August 8th, 2021
Anderson, Edward "Ed", 64, of Madeira Beach, passed away at home on Sunday, August 8, 2021. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, he graduated from Dixie Hollins High School in 1974 and later received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from USF. He worked for many years as a CPA with Hill Hiepe & Associates before retiring in 2020. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Anderson and brother, Stuart Anderson. Ed is survived by his brother, John Anderson; nephew, William Anderson; niece, Angie Anderson (Daniel) Ash and their three children. Ed was a proud and loyal Friend of Bill W. for over 12 years, where he was very active in local meetings, volunteering, and sponsoring. He will also be remembered for his award-winning smoked fish spread. In lieu of funeral services, and to honor Ed's character, we ask that all who wish to participate make a donation to Meow Now of St. Petersburg, a stray cat rescue dear to Ed's heart at https://www.meownowfl.org/donate.
