Patricia "Patti" Joann Williams

Mrs. Patricia “Patti” Joann Williams, age 82 a resident of Auburndale went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at home surrounded by family. Mrs. Williams was born September 8, 1940 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to A. Munroe and Dotaileen (Odom) Sarvis. Patti was a resident of Polk County since 1985 coming from Dania, Florida. She graduated from Fort Lauderdale High School and Tampa College. She was a retired Medical Transcriptionist for Bond Clinic and many other doctors throughout central Florida. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Auburndale, an active member of the United Methodist Women, Crafty Ladies, Committees and several other Bible Study Groups. Patti was active with her late husband serving different churches (Branford, Largo, Dania, Tampa, Winter Park, Auburndale & the Citrus Ridge Community). She enjoyed yearly trips with the family to Disney World, traveling and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 60 years – Rev. Bruce Williams in 2020 and brother – Skip Sarvis. Patti is survived by her loving & devoted family, 3 sons – Robert “Bobby” (Lisa) Williams, Michael Williams and David (Mandy) Williams all of Auburndale; sister – Peggi Cilio of Phenix City, AL; brother – Glenn (Karen) Sarvis of Tavares; 6 grandchildren – Jackson, Travis, Chad, Jordan, Natalie & Jesse and 1 great grandson – Stellar. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Saturday, November 12th at the First United Methodist Church, 316 Lake Ariana Blvd., Auburndale. Visitation will be held before the service from 10-11 am. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
