Mary Carnegie Minott of Tampa, Florida passed away August 24, 2020. She was born in Belle Glade, Florida on August 22, 1949 to her loving parents Frank Carnegie and Sarah Rolle Carnegie who preceded her in death. Mary worked in Hillsborough County as a dispatcher for the Tampa Police Department and Hillsborough County Sheriff’s office. Mary is also preceded in death by her two brothers Alphonso Carnegie, Jimmy Carnegie and a sister Lynne Carnegie. She is survived by her husband Samuel Minott, sons; Terence Davis Sr., Trevor Davis,. Charles Minott, and Patrick Jolly Sr. daughters; Tracy Harley, Patricia Minott, and Shaneck Minott; brothers, Melvin Carnegie, Sam Carnegie, and Anthony Carnegie, sisters; Carold D. Carnegie, Lillie Carnegie, Sharon Carnegie, Denise Carnegie, and Carolyn Carnegie, grandchildren; Troy Davis Sr., Terrell Davis, Marcus Wynn Sr., Xavier Wynn, Patrick Jolly Jr., Ian Jolly, Wilija Hugger, Zaria Hugger, Fabian Campbell, Normiah Campbell, Norman Campbell, Aliyah Minott, Jayquan Minott, Terence Davis Jr., Sabrina Schmidt, great grandchildren; Sami’yyah Davis, AvaMarie Davis, Marcus Wynn Jr., Troy Davis Jr. , Journey Davis, Skylar Davis, Layah Wynn, Liyan Wynn, Deion Wynn and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
