September 26th, 1955 - March 6th, 2024
Watts, Karen Jeanne-Spidel, 68, of Brandon, passed away Wednesday March 6, 2024. She is survived by her loving husband Gary D Watts; sons Gary Jr.; Kenneth Watts( wife Tasha); daughter Heather Watts; grandchildren, Anthony, Selenia, Kaylee, Mia, and Ayden; Brothers Robert Spidel (wife Margie) and Gary Spidel (Wife Bobbie) Karen was born in Tampa, growing up in the Seminole Heights area and graduated from Hillsborough High School in 1974. She spent 22 years of her life employed in the Hillsborough County School system. Elementary grades, working with special needs children, until her retirement in 2019. Karen loved cooking, cake decorating, gardening, the beach, and being around family. She will truly be missed by all the lives she touched. PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICES WILL TAKE PLACE AT A LATER DATE.
