AUBURNDALE - Mr. Phillip Craig Durden, age 26, a lifetime resident of Polk Co., passed away Saturday, April 16, 2011 in Lake Wales due to an auto accident. Mr. Durden was born March 26, 1985, in Winter Haven. He graduated from Auburndale H.S. in 2003. Phillip was the manager of Irrigation Services of Central Fl, a member of Legacy Church in Auburndale, and he attended Ridge Point Church in Winter Haven. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Phillip is survived by his loving & devoted family: wife Ashley Durden of Auburndale; son Jack Henry Durden of Auburndale; parents Jimmy & Brenda Durden of Auburndale; 3 brothers: Randall (Lindsey) Durden of Lake Alfred, Michael (Kristi) Durden, Brian (Christa) Durden, both of Auburndale; 3 nieces: Emma, Chloe & Sayler; 2 nephews: Jonah & Easton. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 22, 2011 at the Life Church @ Auburndale, 581 Berkley Road, Auburndale. Interment will follow at the Auburndale Memorial Park. Visitation will be held (before services) from 10:00 til 11:00 AM at the church. Arrangements by: Kersey Funeral Home.
