George ?Wayne? Garner, Jr., age 58, went to be with the Lord on September 5, 2009 at Palm Terrace Hospice of Lakeland after an extended illness of cancer. Mr. Garner was born October 16, 1950 to George W. & Senora L. (Cooper) Garner, Sr., in Columbus, Georgia. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Garner, a son: Matthew W. Garner and a daughter, Rebekah A. Garner all of Auburndale; 3 sisters: Janice Farrer of Frostproof, FL; Gail Bennett of Lakeland, FL; Joan D. Keyt of Mulberry, FL; 3 brothers: Gene Garner of Columbus, GA; Bobby Garner of Winter Haven, FL and Larry Garner of Gainesville, FL He was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 2:00PM, Eagle Lake Cemetery, Eagle Lake, FL
