She is survived by her daughter, Tamara Broussard; grandson, Will; sister, Judy Smith and brother-in-law Herb "Smitty"; three nephews; one neice; one great nephew; four great nieces; one great-great niece, Madison. Frances was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
