Mr. Richard R. Draffin, age 82, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015, in Auburndale. Mr. Draffin was born in Melbourne, FL to Joseph and Janie Hilliard Draffin and had lived in this area since 1994. He was a retired Air Force Veteran and served during the Vietnam Era as well as a retired Postman with the USPS. Mr. Draffin enjoyed collecting coins and woodworking. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Rose Yates Draffin of Winter Haven; his son, Wally Draffin of Auburndale; a daughter, Brenda Roeder of McKinney, Texas; 5 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
