Douglas Victor Michaud

On Saturday May 23, 2020, Douglas Victor Michaud, loving brother, father, and grandfather, died at the age of 63. He was born December 1, 1956, in Hollywood, FL to Leo and Yvonne. He was the baby of 7 siblings. He worked for over 40 years in construction. He was retired and living countryside up until his passing. He is survived by his son, Doug and daughter, Sarah. Along with his brother Phillip and sisters Linda and Yvette. As well as many nieces and nephews. Doug was preceded in death by his father Leo, mother Yvonne, sister Leona, brother Kenneth, and sister Lisette. Doug adored his grandson, Robbie and made many memories with him over a few short years. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and family members, watching cop dramas on television, and getting a bite to eat at his favorite restaurants. He was known for his quick wit, his sarcastic sense of humor, and his love-hate relationship with the Miami Dolphins. He was giving, funny, and unapologetically himself. He was called “Pops” by a select few and he will be greatly missed. A celebration of life will be held privately with family.
