Robert Jiles Morgan
November 27th, 1928 - March 4th, 2015
Mr. Robert J. Morgan, age 86, of Auburndale passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015, in Winter Haven. Mr. Morgan was born in Albemarle, N.C. to Burley and Esther Morgan and had lived in this area since 1969 coming from Richfield, N.C. He was a retired serviceman with Florida Gas, a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Auburndale and enjoyed hunting, woodworking and fishing. Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his wife, Violet 'Blackie' Morgan, his daughter, Tracey Truman and a brother, Croylee Morgan. He is survived by a son, Scott (Brenda) Morgan, 3 grandchildren, Rebecca, Jason and Jeremy, 5 great grandchildren and his beloved companion, Peaches. Those so desiring may make memorial contributions to Good Shepherd Hospice 105 Arneson Ave., Auburndale, FL, 33823.
