John Nichols Jr., 74, passed away on December 3, 2021 peacefully and surrounded by love. At the age of 19, John started his own business, Southern Coast Steel & Iron. In this business he grew into a structural engineer building bridges and buildings for South Florida. John was a very joyful and happy person who would spread his joy wherever and with whomever he met. John will always be remembered for his humanity and kindness. John is preceded by his parents. He is survived by his son, John Nichols III, daughters, Holly Day Nichols and Cheri "Missy" Sampogna, and his sister, Joyce Mathis Trent.
