Margaret L Jansen

Titusville - Margaret Jansen, 87, of Titusville, FL, received her angel wings on June 2, 2022. Margaret is survived by her children, Debbie Bogue of Orlando, FL and Doug Simms of Rocky Mount, NC, as well as two stepchildren, Jill McKinley of Grand Island, FL and Dane Jansen of Orlando, FL. Margaret loved special moments with her seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Margaret started her life in Muskogee, OK, moving to Titusville, FL in 1967 to pursue her career with NASA. She retired from NASA in 1995 as a Documentation Specialist in Quality Assurance. She is honored at both the Apollo and Shuttle memorials in Titusville, FL. Margaret began attending Temple Baptist Church in 1968 and was an enthusiastic volunteer as well as an avid Prime Timer. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing, decorating and ceramics. Funeral services will take place at Temple Baptist Church in Titusville, FL on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 10:00 am with a service to follow at Veteran's Military Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. Arrangements have been made with Atlantic Mortuary in Rockledge, FL.
