Judson Allen Smith

Mr. Judson "Jud" Allen Smith, age 64 a resident of Winter Haven passed away Saturday, September 27, 2014 due to a Heart Attack. Mr. Smith was born November 1, 1949 in Lakeland to William & Elsie Mae (Faircloth) Smith. He was a lifetime resident of Polk County and a United States Air Force Veteran serving during Vietnam. Jud graduated from Auburndale High School class of 1967, attended Kentucky State, was in the Air Force for 10 years and retired after 35 years with the United States Post Office. He worked as a security Guard at Webber College, was an avid golfer, fisherman enjoyed friends and family. Jud was a devoted daddy to his Katie Belle, he was generous and had a good sense of humor. He coached football and loved his cookies. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother & sister.
