Arlene M. Howley (nee Slater), born in Philadelphia, PA, July 14, 1935, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023. She was the only child of Marie and Ralph Slater. And a 1953 graduate of Little Flower High School. Arlene married Jim Howley in November of 1953. They lived in Philadelphia, where they raised 5 children and were very involved in the Philly area Irish Community, including coordinating trips to Ireland for many years.
