Mr. Cheyenne “Cody” Brooks, age 36 a resident of Winter Haven, Florida passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Winter Haven Hospital. Mr. Brooks was born February 1, 1982 in Winter Haven, Florida to Edward Kim and Wanda Rose (Guarini) Brooks. He was a lifetime resident of Polk County, Florida. Cody was an Assigner of Semi Parts for Fleet Products Manufacturing in Lakeland, Florida. He enjoyed watching his son play little league football and helped coach. Cody liked fishing and being with his family & friends. He was preceded in death by his father – Edward Kim Brooks; paternal grandfather; maternal grandfather and uncle. Cody is survived by; Son: Nathan Brooks of Winter Haven, FL., 2 Daughters: Mikella Brooks of Winter Haven, FL., Cameron Brooks of Kissimmee, FL., 3 Sisters: Heather (Jayson) Haerinck of Haines City, FL., Cherrie (Timothy) Farmer of Winter Haven, FL., Amber (Tony) Cooper of MI., Mother: Wanda Guarini of Winter Haven, FL., Maternal Grandmother: Marguerite (Walter) Bearden of Winter Haven, FL., Paternal Grandmother: Ann Carden of Lakeland, FL., Granddaughter: Kodilynn Rose Sawyers of Kissimmee, FL. Funeral service will be held 12 noon Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Kersey Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
