Michael R. McPherson
June 8th, 1945 - February 21st, 2017
Michael Ralph McPherson, age 71, passed away peacefully at 9 AM on Tuesday the 21st of February 2017 at Melech Hospice House after a long battle. He is the beloved father of, Michael and Matthew; beloved grandfather of, Crystal; and beloved brother of, Cheryl. He was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel, who passed away on 15 November 1988; his mother, Pauline, who passed away on 9 August 1990; and his father, Arthur, who passed away 1 February 1993. He lived in Florida for over 25 years and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan and a champion trivia player. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A Celebration of Life to honor Michael’s life will take place at 7:00pm on Thursday, February 23rd, 2017 in the Florida Mortuary chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
