BARBOSA MALDONADO, Jose Alberto “Junny,” 43, of Wesley Chapel, passed away March 30, 2017. Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, Junny moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1989. He was a motorcycle enthusiast who enjoyed the beach. He loved his children and family very much and was a devoted son. He was lost too soon and will be forever missed. He is survived by his mother, Leonor Rodriguez; dad, Jose Alberto Barbosa; step-dad, Eduardo Perez; his children, Jose Carlos Barbosa, Jailene Barbosa; sisters, Bethdaliz Perez, Tamara Simmons (James); grandmother; aunts; also survived by sisters, Christine and Rosie; his brothers Steven, Meeko and Antonio; his stepmother, Laura; and a large extended family and circle of friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Florida Mortuary Funeral & Cremation Services. The family will receive friends beginning at 5 p.m.
