FERNANDEZ, Esther Cruz, 84, of Tampa, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018. She was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to Florida from New York City in 1974. Esther enjoyed reading, watching television and visiting with friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manual Arencibia. Esther is survived by her son, Jose Fernandez and wife, Cyndi; sister, Mary Mosquera grandchildren, Bryan and Bruce Fernandez and Jeanay Mendez; and nieces, Illeana Costa and Maria Holcomb.
