Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia and Wesley Tiption. Survivors include his wife, Cheryl; 2-sons, Sean Nelson and Jeremey Cooper; 1-daughter, Melissa Concecion; grandchildren, Dillion Evitt, Damon Cooper, Savanna Nelson and Melissa Cooper; sister, Renee Rogers; and many cousins.
