RIBICKAS, Adele T., 88, of Tampa, passed away September 14, 2008. Adele was born September 9, 1920 in Chicago, Illinois. She married Albert Ribickas Sr., they lived in Chicago, Illinois until they retired. After Albert and Adele retired they moved to Sarasota, FL. After the death of her husband she moved closer to her family in Tampa. In the past years she enjoyed bowling. Adele was an avid reader and belonged to the Mother's Club. She had a great love for her family. Adele is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Ribickas Sr., her twin sister, Ann, sister, Jean; brothers, Billy and Albert. Survivors include her son, Albert (Dixie) Ribickas Jr., daughters, Joan Morgan (Patrick Mullen of Alexander, Virginia, Paula (Harry) Walters of Chicago, Illinois; grandchildren, Stephanie Walters and Austin Ribickas. A memorial mass will be held on October 18, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Nativity BVM Church located at 6812 S. Washtenaw Avenue-Chicago, IL 60629.
