BROWN, Philip, 46, of Tampa, passed away August 27, 2009. Philip was born October 3, 1962 in Jersey City, NJ. Philip was a soft mannered man and loved to tinker. He enjoyed fixing anything that was broken and also invented a few of his own. He leaves behind his children, William and Elizabeth Pierce of New Jersey; brother Steven Brown of Tampa; sister, Georgette Brown of Jersey City, New Jersey; sister, Claudia Brown Knight and her husband Michael Knight of Tampa, FL.; He will be missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia and Florida.
