FERNANDEZ, Janet Carla, 43, of Tampa, Florida, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2009. Janet was born April 23, 1966 in Dade City, Florida to Carl and Peggy (Jamison) Fernandez. Before her death she was a hairstylist. Janet liked to ride bike with her son and play cards. She loved her family very much. She was a member of Faith Outreach Center Church. She is survived by her mother, Peggy Jamison-Horn of Tampa; father, Carl Louis Fernandez of Dade City; son, Nicolas Carl Scaglione of Tampa; brother Jared D. Tibbs of Odessa; step-father, Jeffrey M. Horn of Tampa; uncle and aunt, Harold and Pat Fernandez of Panama City, Florida and many other family members and friends. We will miss you and love you always.
