CONCEPCION, Reynaldo "Michael", 24, of Tampa, passed away November 20, 2009. Michael was born November 21, 1984 in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from from High School, 2007, from Special Needs Education. The one thing Michael received from school was interaction and support among many other things. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Earl, also called "Pampa" by all his grandchildren. Michael is survived by his mother, Julie Quintanilla; father, Reynaldo Concepcion; brothers, Randy, Johnny and Raul; grandmother, Linda and Neglis; one grandfather in Cuba; one great-grandmother, Estelene of Tennessee; six uncles, Tony, Patrick, Edward, Rudy, Rueben and Roberto. one aunt, Jeanne; many other cousins and family.
