PARTRIDGE IV, Samuel Seldon, 66, of Tampa, passed away February 25, 2010. Samuel was born March 17, 1943. His survivors include his twin brother, William Partridge and wife Kathleen; nieces, Mary Kay, Annette, Valarie and Jennifer; and 9 great-nieces and nephews, William and wife, Allison, Charles, Michael, Matthew, Mark, Jeremey, Kaitlyn, Bradley and Hannah; one (1) great-great niece due in May, 2010. Samuel was very dedicated to the programs he belonged to. He was a very a loving brother. He was a free spirit, did his own thing. His family loved him dearly and will miss him.
