GALVIN, Jr., Douglas B., 52, of Dunedin, peacefully passed away after a short illness on May 27, 2010. He was born in Norwalk, Conn. He resided and was educated in South Tampa. Douglas was one of the founding members of Project Return. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lou and Jennie Salerno; mother, Carole Salerno Reith. Douglas is survived by his brother, Scott Galvin (Noreen) of Spring Hill; sister, Darlene Loveday of Morristown, Tenn.; nephews, Kristopher Galvin, Austin, Justin and Jordan Loveday,; uncle, Lou Salerno and step-father, Edward Reith both of St. Petersburg. There will be no viewing or service. In lieu of flowers the family request a donation be made in Doug’s name to Suncoast Hospice Foundation, 5771 Roosevelt Blvd., Clearwater, Fla. 33760
