May 7th, 1927 - August 25th, 2012
FILIPPONE, Patricia M., 85, of Tampa, FL., went home to her Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 25, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, James J. Filippone, Sr. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children; Domenick Filippone, James J. Filippone Jr., Gary Filippone Sr., Suzanne F. Crum, Terry Filippone, and Carolyn F. Filippone; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and many extended relatives and treasured friends. Patricia was a breast cancer survivor and she devoted her life to being the quintessential mother and homemaker. The love she had for her children was selfless and unconditional. Patricia was an avid lover of animals and we are honored to have had one of the best examples of a wife, mom, and grandmother. She was loved by her adoring family and will be truly missed. We are comforted in knowing she is home with the Lord and she will remain in our hearts forever. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
