HARTMAN, William D. Jr. "Bill", 68, of Tampa, passed away peacefully at his home on Dec. 15, 2012. He was born in White Sulphur Springs, WV, on Sept. 28, 1944. A graduate of Florida State University, and a member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, he was formerly of Poe and Associates, currently retired. Bill was a member of The Rough Riders (Tampa), and avid freshwater and deep sea fisherman. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, William D. Hartman Sr. and Ruth L. Hartman. Bill leaves behind to cherish his memory, loving wife of 20 years, Jacklyn Hogestyn Hartman; four daughters, Shelly, Kelly, Courtney, & Samantha; brother, Richard (Mary Beth) Hartman; two grandchildren, Avery and Carson. He will be mourned by beloved family and treasured friends.
