Margarito is survived by his wife, Julia, his children, Ismelda, Roberto, Raul and his wife, Stella, and his grandchildren, Iliana, Lizette, Juan "Danny", Raul Ivan, Sisters: Maria Rodriguez and Elvia Garcia and a brother, Jose M Garcia. He is predeceased by his sister, Andrea Pena and granddaughter, Jessica Garcia.
