Gary William Russell, 68 of Ruskin and formerly of Massachusetts/New Hampshire passed away unexpectedly on September 25, 2021. The family is deeply saddened by his sudden passing. He was born on May 14, 1953, in Lowell, Massachusetts to the late Charles R. and Anne R. (Gardner) Russell. Gary enjoyed boating, golfing, and especially grilling for his family. Gary had the gift of making everyone feel ‘special’ and treated them with such love and hospitality. He is survived by his wife, Meredith J. Russell; children, Jessica (Brice) Griffin, Melissa (Jon) Healy, Jason Russell, Kyle (Yuliana Carvajal) Russell; grandchildren, Tyler St. Onge, Jake Healy, Madison St. Onge, Mason Healy; many extended family members and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, William Russell, and Brenda Russell. There will be a Celebration of Life held in his honor on Sunday, October 10th at 3:00 pm. Please RSVP to Meredith at [email protected] by no later than Friday, October 1st if you plan to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Gary can be made to the Faith Home Ministry, an 18-month faith-based residential ministry for drug & alcohol https://www.lmin.org/donations.
