December 10th, 1932 - April 8th, 2023
Kay S, Ratliff passed away peacefully on April 8, 2023 surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Dan & sister-in-law Zetta Stumbo, her parents Edna & Dallas Kilby, her sister & brother-in-law Karen & Jim Ishee. She is survived by her nieces Shannon (John) Coffey, Shar (Pattie) Ishee, & Shawn (B.J.) Carreiro. Her nephews Jason (Sharon) Ishee & Charles Ratliff, along with many great-nieces & nephews who all loved her. Born December 10, 1932 in Plymouth, Wisconsin. She graduated from Miami (Ohio) University in 1955 with a B.F.A. where she was a member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. She married Dan in 1957 and they lived their life together in Hamilton, Ohio. She was a graphic artist for over 40 years and retired from Hulefeld Associates. She was a long-time member of Park Avenue United Methodist Church and Fort Hamilton Hospital Auxiliary where she volunteered in the gift shop for many years. She was a passionate collector of art & antiques with her husband and enjoyed being surrounded by "her things" in her final days. She lived a full and happy life and will be missed by all that knew her. A Memorial Service will be held at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Dr Sun City Center, Fl 33573 on April 24, 2023 at 11am.
