Mary M Lutz

Lutz, Mary M., 89 of Sun City Center, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at her residence. Born in Yaphank, NY, on November 10, 1922, Mary was a retired Unit Secretary, in New York and was employed by Brandon Hearing Aid. Mary spent her life helping others, as a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and was voted Woman of the year by Ruskin Chamber of Commerce in 1989, she was usher at St. Anne Catholic Church, Ruskin, and was famous for her bake goods. Mary is preceded in death by a daughter Frances Doggett, grandson Brian Lutz. Survivors include her husband of 70 years Charles Robert Lutz, Sr. of Sun City Center, sons Charles R. (Carol) Lutz of Guilford, CT and Thomas K. (Laura) Lutz of Islip, NY. Mary is also survived by 5 grandchildren Robert, Donald, Kerri, Sharon and Kelsey, 3 great-grandchildren Cheyenne, Jasmine and Amanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Sun City Center and a visitation will be held at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, FL 33573. Sunday February 12, 2012 from 2-5:00 PM including a Wake service at 2:00 PM Arrangements are under the direction of Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center.
