Bush, Joseph Grant, Lt Col. (Retired), 88, of Sun City Center, Florida passed away Saturday May 10, 2008. He was born December 22, 1919 in Butler, Missouri to Marion M. (died November 24, 1979) and Inez Grant Bush (died January 7, 1989). He is preceded in death by his parents and older sister Marion K. Hunter. Joseph married Fern Kroencke on July 1, 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri. Jospeh was a pilot in the US Air Force, serving 23 years when he retired in 1964. Joseph is survived by his wife, Fern and 3 daughters, Sandra (David) Kennedy, Riverview, FL, Carol (Michael) Candler, Live Oak, FL and Nancy (Barry) Ross, St. Petersburg, FL, 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren, his sister, Barbara L. Williams, Pinehurst, NC and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 11 AM Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
